To report your Credit Card as lost, stolen or if it has fraud on it, please call Credit Card Domestic: (855) 709-8128 or Credit Card International: 727-299-2449.

- Action: Never provide your personal information in response to texts.
- Safety Alert: If you receive a suspicious text, don’t click the link, instead contact the institution directly through known channels.

Phishing involves attempts to solicit personal information via deceptive emails that appear legitimate. Here’s how to stay safe:
- Avoid Clicking Links: If you receive a suspicious email, do not click any links within it.
- Report Phishing Attempts: Notify the US-CERT at [email protected].
- Monitor Your Accounts: Always watch for unexplained charges and review your credit reports regularly.
Safety Tips: Preventive Measures to Protect Your Information

- Secure Your Passwords: Never share your password or access information over the phone or email. Utilize password managers to create and store strong, unique passwords for all accounts and store them securely.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable two-factor authentication everywhere possible to add an extra layer of security to protect your online accounts.
- Shred Sensitive Mail: Dispose of documents containing personal or financial information responsibly.

Your Identity Has Been Stolen… Now What?
Step 1: Protect Your Finances
- Alert Atlantic, your other Financial Institution and Credit Card Companies
- Place a Fraud Alert or a Security Freeze on Your Credit Reports
- Equifax: 800-525-6285 | www.equifax.com
- Experian: 888-397-3742 | www.experian.com
- TransUnion: 800-680-7289 | www.transunion.com
- Request your FREE credit report at annualcreditreport.com.
- Ask to place a fraud alert on your credit file for 7 years.
Step 2: File Reports
- File a Police Report:
- Obtain a police report to dispute unauthorized charges and for insurance claims.
- Fill out the Online ID Theft Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Call 877-ID-THEFT to report your case.
- Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3):
- Submit a complaint at www.ic3.gov to assist the FBI with cybercrime investigations.
- This step is strongly recommended by our Fraud Team to protect members and other potential victims.
Step 3: Close All Compromised Accounts
- Review and close accounts with banks, credit card companies, utility providers, and other services that may be affected.
- Dispute unauthorized charges by completing a fraud dispute form, which may require your police report.

- File a Complaint with IC3: Submit details at www.ic3.gov.
- Keep Documentation: Save all emails, texts, or records related to the incident.

- Follow Up: Stay in touch with law enforcement if advised.
