The Atlantic Nominating Committee has designated two members for the Board of Directors.
Jim McKay: Jim has been a Volunteer for 15 years, with most of that time served on the Board, and some time on the Supervisory Committee. He currently serves as the Treasurer/Secretary for the Atlantic Board of Directors. He proudly retired as the Chief Financial Officer of York County Federal Credit Union 20 years ago. In addition to serving on the Atlantic Board, Jim helps to oversee the Hollis Food Pantry with other community members and supports the Credit Union’s campaign to end hunger in Maine.
Lisa Labbay: Lisa has been a Maine credit union member her entire life and a member of Atlantic Federal Credit Union for 35 years. She has served on the Credit Union’s Board of Directors for 8 years and has held the role of Vice Chair since 2022. Lisa lives in Bowdoin with her husband and beloved dogs and is the proud mom of two grown daughters. She has a passion for the mission of people helping people and is a strong credit union advocate.
As there is one nominee for each open Board position, Atlantic will not conduct the election by ballot at the Annual Meeting, and there will be no nominations from the floor.
